How it works?
Fly time = X in seconds;
Cooldown = Y in seconds;
You got the config, costumize it.
For example, you set the fly time of group Player at 60 and Cooldown at 120. If you give to a player or to a group the permission Fly.time.player, the player or the group, can fly for 60 seconds (1minute), and after 120 seconds (2minute) he can fly for another 60 seconds (obviously redoing the command).
Remember: All the numbers are in seconds!
