How do I install SwearStopper?

Current Features

Warns the player, "Swearing is not tolerated" and you have the ability to change this message with color codes and stuff
Has built in swears that it will block
Just a drag and drop
A Config for all of your curse words to put in! A TON already preset for you!
Ability to reload the config in the game!
Permissions for commands!
EXTREMELY Light plugin for the server
Players can't get away with using cheeky symbols to get away with swearing like @,_,$. Post more in discussion for me to add!

/swearstopper permission: swearstopper.version
This command lists the version and the author (aka me)

Not a command but a permission to ignore the protection is
swearstopper.ignore comes with /op so. Use a perm plugin! like pex

Sidenote:
Since this plugin takes out of a string the characters if you wanted to censor f @ ck you would have to put "fack" into your blocked words to censor out in the config.
