EmptyOptimizer
This plugins allows you to change the Minecraft tickrate and optimize the memory usage when there's nobody connected to your server instance.
This may be useful in these scenarios:
- Lobby servers
- Minigame arena servers
- Reselled hosted servers which aren't running a Survival world
- PVP servers who need to run over 20 TPS (Not recommended)
NOTE: Please be advised that this plugin will prevent entity ticking (movement, etc.), liquid flow, tree growth... and can have unintended Minecraft vanilla features in a Survival server.
Config file:
Code (Text):
emptyTps: 0.1 # 1/10 of a tick (995 ms per run)
startup: true # If you want the empty TPS in the first server startup
unloadSpawnchunks: true # If you want to keep the spawnchunks loaded when the server is empty
startup: true # If you want the empty TPS in the first server startup
unloadSpawnchunks: true # If you want to keep the spawnchunks loaded when the server is empty
Planned features:
- Compress entity data
- Try to minimize the memory usage while nobody's in.
