This is a plugin derived originally from EasyTitles as found here:

I am posting this to provide improved functionality to those wishing to use the original project, however as i was unable to contact the original developer; i am currently posting this without his permission. I will hapilly remove this from spigot.org on request if the original developer (barryg) does not approve of this being here.
EasytitlesReloaded is a plugin that allows you to choose and display your own title in the chat window as defined like follows:
You are allowed to define groups in the config file that allow you to set default titles per group, and tie them in in any way, shape or form using any MVDWPlaceholders supported Chat Plugin or in the base Minecraft chat window if you do not use a plugin.
Features:
Installation:
1. Additional Plugins Plugins:
3. Head to the newly created EasyTitlesReloaded folder, where you will find two files. config.yml and players.yml. You can ignore players.yml for now, and instead open config.yml
4. Configure the file as needed. It should end up looking something like this:
Some useful things to note:
(Placeholder for copy-pasting: {easytitlesreloaded_title} )
5.1: If you need to format it with a chat plugin, we suggest combining this with the use of a prefix/suffix plugin such as https://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/simple-prefix/
6. With a permissions plugin, you can provide access to the groups in your config file by using the following permission:
easytitles.group.[groupnamehere]
Example: easytitles.group.peasant
Again, adding multiple groups to a player/group, allows the player to gain access to all of the titles under them.
7. Done!

- [New] Custom, Per Title players with ingame customization commands.

Some useful things to note:
- A player will have the "DefaultFormat" and no titles besides the default until they are given a custom title, or are given the permission for a group
- OPS inherit all titles automatically, and unless another chat plugin is in use, will assume the format of the group with the highest Rank number.
- If a player has access to multiple group permissions, they will gain the titles from all groups, and assume tht e format with the highest rank number.
- The config file will try to convert & to § if used, but it wont always work.
- Titles will be listed ingame by the order they follow in the config file. For this, we recommend you keep some form of ordering unless you are to depend on /title find.
