"Announcements" is a very easy-to-use tool for making neat, clean announcements to your server. Permissions have been added so that you have the ability to allow your staff or other users to make announcements. There are seperate permissions for all of the commands so you can decide what you want players to be able to do or not do. This has been tested on 1.8 an 1.9.
