BungeeOnlineTime Extension for Party and Friends
If you install this plugin and BungeeOnlineTime on your bungeecord, players will not be able to use /friend add, /friend accept or /party invite (you can disable one or two of them in the config) if they were not online a certain time. This plugin works with the non-extended (at least version 1.0.67) and with the extended version (at least version 1.0.165-E) of Party and Friends.
