enable different fixes

Funktions:
- Hide all server informations! /pl .....
- Fix the Multiverse server delete bug! /mv delete ../<server>
- Fix the Chat history force op method!
- Fix the position!
- Anti-spam
- Anti-flight
- remove "spawn in the wall bug"
- color chat
- if a forceop plugin Installed or the player has an hack client, and he writes a hidden message like
"#opme" or something you can see it in the console! :
"debug test message : user : hidden message"

- fix.bypass | bypass the anti fly and anti spam, chat history, and all anti
