How do I install Sugar Rush?

Sugar Rush

Sugar Rush is ideal for Hub servers, as it gives players with the permission node: sugarrush.join an item of your choice, which will increase the movement speed of the player. When right clicked, it will also change into another item of your choice. When the player right clicks again, it will change back into the original item, and decrease the movement speed.
