PickupDisablerLite v1.1
This lightweight plugin gives each player a blacklist command where he can block certain items from being picked up by him, for example: Cobblestone when mining, Soups when KitPVPing, etc.

Dependencies:
Vault (Optional), Any permissions plugin that supports vault. (Optional)
If the above is not installed, the plugin will use the default spigot permissions system.

Commands
/blacklist - View all plugin commands.
/blacklist list - List all blacklisted items.
/blacklist [itemname] - Add / remove an item from the blacklist.
/blacklist clear - Clear the blacklist.

Permissions
pickupdisablerlite.blacklist - Allows to use the /blacklist command.
Note: personalpickupdisabler.blacklist still works for backward compability.
