Skulls
Skulls is an easy to use plug-in that allows you to get a player's skull and make a custom inventory for skulls that could be useful. It's lightweight, open-source and compatible for Minecraft 1.7.10 to 1.12.2.
Commands:
/skull <Owner>: Get a player's skull
/skullinv: See the list of useful skulls and grab one you want
