Ride minecarts on land (and water)!
Notice: This plugin was created on request and therefore was not created in my own image. Either way, i'm open to add more features, customization, and supply bug fixes.

● Download both this plugin and ProtocolLib if you don't already have it
● Place it in the /plugins folder in your server
● You're done! (Optional) You can configure it by going to /plugins/LandCart and editing the config.yml file.
