ServerMute
This is a simple plugin allows you to mute all the players on the server with the exception to the players that you voice, and the players that have the override permission.
Commands
/servermute - Mutes or unmutes the server.
/voice <player> - Allows the player to speak.
/devoice <player> - Stops a previously voiced player from speaking.
