Though you may find that this is quite basic, the simplicity allows for a light 2.3kb package and leaves room for the larger plugins which are essential to the average server.

Permissions
hub.set - Allows command /sethub (Default: Opped players)
- /sethub -Sets a new hub location (Includes yaw and pitch)
- /hub - Teleports the user to the hub set (Default is 0,0,0)
