What is "EditMyName"?
With "ColorMyName" you can change player usernames and create colored tags!

Can I change the username?
Yes, you can.

How it works? TagAPI?
TagAPI (New: iTag) isn't working for the minecraft 1.8.
The plugin will hides your real username with a scoreboard team.
After this a armorstand will be spawned with the tag you had entered.

Important:
- It's an early beta version of this plugin!
- Tested on spigot 1.8.5
- Warning: No guarantee that other plugins, which uses scoreboards or armor stands works! But e.g. the plugins "CustomScoreboard and ScoreboardStats" works!
- Java 8 (should work with Java 7)

Features:

• Ingame tag edit: You can edit the tag ingame
• Very long tags: I tested it with 49 characters, after this I give it up.
• Tag update: The tag will be automaticly updated if you change it from a user (not for groups)

Commands:
/editmyname tag <tag> | This command allows you to change your own tag | permission: editmyname.changetag
/editmyname tag <player> <tag> | This command allows you to change the tag of other players | permission: editmyname.changetag
/editmyname vanish | This command allows you to make you completely invisible | permission: editmyname.vanish
/editmyname remove | This command allows you to deinstall the plugin | permission: editmyname.admin

How to change your own player tag with the command:
If you want to make a space, don't use the spacebar!
Make a "_" and it will be changed to space.

Compatible with other scoreboard plugins:


Groups:
If you want to give a group of players the same tag, you must give them a permission!
You can't create your own groups!
Just edit the exists groups.
If you want to make a space, don't use the spacebar!
Make a "_" and it will be changed to space.

How to deinstall:
Please use the: /editmyname remove comand!
It will delete all scoreboard teams and kicks all players.
After this you can delete the plugin!
