This is a simple plugin that allows a percentage of players to sleep, for it to become day. You can change the percentage to sleep in the config made when installing the plugin.

Just install the plugin, then go to your server root folder.
Then go to plugins, and drag it in there. Then reload/restart the server!
Server > Plugins > (drag it here)
