With this plugin (skript) players can purchase potions using xp. Depending on what ever tier (power) they choose determines the cost of xp x10. Therefore if a player wants a speed 2 potion. It will cost him 20xp levels. By default the time a potion will last is 3 minutes.
/xpp (potion) (power/tier in numbers 1-4) - xp.pot
EXAMPLE : /xpp speed 3 - will give speed 3 for 30 xp levels
