2) Drag it to your /plugins directory
3) Start up your BungeeCord server

description: The identifier is replaced with the rank name from the one you made in the config.yml
- chat.global.read
- chat.global.write
description: If the player has these permissions they will receive or write global messages

description: If the player has these permissions they will receive or write staff messages
- chat.reload
description: Permission for reloading the configuration files
