This is a plugin like Cosmic-PvP's! Basically, if the player has a permission and they double jump, it will activate their fly mode!

2. Install Skript & WildSkript (Under Dependencies)
3. Put the CosmicFly.sk in /plugins/Skript/scripts
4. Reload the server
