Overview:
PhysicalXP is a lightweight plugin (requested by a friend on discord) that allows players to convert their experience into a bottle of enchanting. One thing to note about this plugin is that it does change the amount of experience a bottle o' enchanting gets from a random number to a set number definable in the config.yml.
