Handheld LootCrates (1.14.2+ and highly configurable)

Highly customizable Handheld Loot Crate Plugin built on and for 1.14.2. Free Minecraft Java mod for 1.14.

⬇ Download on Spigot
This plugin makes Handheld Crates possible in your server. You can configure an unlimited amount of crates and rewards to go with those crates. The crates display item can be almost anything, including Skulls with custom textures or even a Potion. Any item in this plugin can be configured the same, with some items having more options to configure than others.

Upon Right-Clicking with a crate in hand, an inventory will open. In this inventory, you must claim a variable amount of slots. When a slot is claimed, you will have a chance to receive an item or nothing. After claiming the variable amount of slots, you will be notified to close the Inventory to exit the Crate. Received items will either enter the winner's inventory or fall to the ground, depending on how many inventory slots the winner has at the time.

You can make a Crate purchasable, found by killing certain entity(s), fishing, shearing, from newly generated chunk chests, or even by all of those.
