Hello guys! You can with TeleportMe, teleport youself to a random location between 0 and X blocks. This plugin is not a big deal, I hope you like it!
This plugin requires vault and an ecomony plugin!

Commands:
/TeleportMe: You teleport to a random location! (/tm)
/TeleportMe <username>: You can teleport a friend!
Permissions:
Teleport.me: /TeleportMe
Teleport.other: /TeleportMe <username>
Teleport.onetime: You can use /TeleportMe once.
