Announcer

Description
If your chat receives a lot of messages and you cannot get your message across to be seen, then this plugin is for you. Broadcast your message in a visible way to everyone or a specific player. The plugin also automatically greets new players as well as returning players for you, with your own custom, configurable message! The plugin supports two line messages, Title and sub title type.

To send a two lined message do:
/announce "Hello /sub Announcer is cool."

The keyword "/sub" will break the text into two lines.

Commands
/announce <message>
Send the message to everyone online.
/announceplayer <username> <message>
Send message to specific player.
/announcer reload
Reloads the configuration file.

Permissions
announcer.send
To provide ability to send Announcements to all online players.
announcer.player.send
To provide ability to send Announcements to specific players.
announcer.staff
Provides permission to reload the config.
