Fortune Blocks is a plugin that I made for my server, as I had seen many plugins available which seemed to offer what I was after, but they all seemed to be missing some features or didn't work at all.
As this is such a useful plugin, for Prison Servers mainly I have decided to release it publicly as all server owners should have the chance to be able to incorporate features like this into your server.

The plugin does not currently have many features but I am taking requests for new features added.
Define Items in config - You are able to define a list of items which will be effected by the plugin (so can have only diamond pickaxes be able to use fortune multipliers)
Set multipliers for whatever fortune level - You can set a multiplier for all different fortune levels (can have multiplier for levels such as 10, 20 and 30)
Different blocks and amounts per multiplier - Each multiplier can have its own list of blocks which are effected and how many blocks are dropped
Auto Pickup - Can choose in the config whether the blocks are dropped or added straight to the players inventory
Disabled worlds - Can blacklist worlds fortune multipliers will not work in (so in prison servers players can mine blocks and place them down in plots and receive unlimited blocks)

I don't currently have any plans to add new features currently but am taking requests for new features or bugs to be fixed.
