Pretty simple as the description above says. The only features right now is to edit the players' inventories both offline and online. More features will come, such as other offline editing like velocity, potion effects, spawn location, and more.
1.9 update: As of now, this plugin will not work with 1.9 due to the lack of use of reflection. I will update it soon.
