RPGHealth is a very easy to use plugin that will allow you to change player's health, food and more.

/setmaxhealth <health> - Set the amount of hearts you have. (Maybe you can buy health!?)
/setfood <foodlevel> - Set your food level.
/heal [player] - Fill your max health.
/feed [player] - Feed your max food level.
/sethearts <hearts> (20 Downloads) - Set how many hearts you have.
/medic [player] - Fully heal and feed a player.
