Aliases /timer, /btimer, /bossbartimer
/... help - Shows help command.
/... <Length> <Title> - Starts a timer for <Length> seconds.
/... color <Color> - Changes the color for the next timer.
/... stop - Stops the timer.
Permission for all commands - btimer.use
