Hello!
I created an another enchant which allow you and your players mine a monster spawner! There are some plugin what allow you to get spawner with silktouch, but i think this is better way.

Permissions:
se.get - premission for command /se 1-3
se.books - premission for command /se <book>
se.reload - premission for command /se reload
How to install:
- Download Skript.jar
- Download SkQuerry3.jar, Umbaska.jar and SkStuff.jar
- Put Skript.jar, SkQuerry3.jar, Umbaska.jar and SkStuff.jar to your plugins folder
- Restart server
- Download this skript (Spawner Enchant.sk)
- Put Spawner Enchant.sk to your plugins/Skript/scripts folder
- In game use command /sk enable Spawner Enchant
