HomeJavaModsDynamic Monster Cap
Dynamic Monster Cap (DMC) takes control over the maximum number of mobs allowed to spawn in each world based on online players, player locations, and other configurable settings.

Features: configurable in config.yml

1. Dynamic Cap:
cap monsters based on the number of online players. The cap is calculated based on a base limit, and an increment which gets added to the base limit with every online player.

2. Area Spawn: Limit spawning to within a distance around players. Each player's spawn distance depends on their vertical location (Y-axis value), and can be configured in config.yml.

3. Ignore Spawners: The plugin can be set to always allow spawns from spawner-blocks. This ensures normal functioning of monster farms, and monsters in dungeons.

4. Ghost Players: Ignore select players in config.yml if they don't play on the server, for example if they're staff.

5. Per-world configuration.

Note: Monsters can still be spawned using eggs or commands, only natural spawns are blocked.

Use /dmc to show statistics in-game.
