[Skript] Addon CreeperEgg #FixFreeCam (Mainly for Factions)

This skript will protect your server from freecam creeper egging / creeper egg glitching.
I have created this skript after seeing that you were still able to creeper egg with this plugin inside the wall:

-If you dont know what I'm talking about is about this:


Dependencies:
- Skript http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/skript/
(Just because it's a fix for the plugin other plugin freecam bug)You won't need it but I recommend Have it.
-Premium: Freecam Glitching (Freecam Creeper Eggin etc.)
(Mainly for Factions)

So with this script you will be able to fix that bug and also I have added more things to make the plugin better such as:

See report message with permission: info.op
Toggle report messages /reporter with permission: admin.sr

*Added cooldown to use another creeper egg
(You can change the delay and change the message display to use another Cegg) Default 5 seconds.
*Added the report message also to console
*Added two control log to Skript\logs
[Creeper] When someone puts a creeper (normal put)
[Creepertry] When someone tries to put a creeper while he is underwater
*Damage the player by 3 hearts when he tries to bug and send him a msg
*People won't be able tu use creeper eggs if they are underwater with freecam or not, this skript will detect it and damge the player despite he is in freecam.
*People will still be able to creeper egg normally (with water in their feet) as long as their head is not underwater.
*On join to the server: Server Report is on so you don't have to use /reporter

**Choose your lang: Spanish or english

More details:

/reporter- to enable/disable reports
info.op - Able to see ServerReport messages
admin.sr - Permission to use the command /reporte

*Add new commands to check report history of the player
*Add new features to the main plugin (more effic)
*Add new archive to kick players with custom message intead of damage them with 3 hearts or give them blindness effect with mining fatigue or confusion.
