The plugin works with wet and not wet sponges.
When player breaks the sponge the server will get a random action (drop or execute a command) among those in the file.
Every player can break sponges but only players with a particular permission will be able to break wet sponges.
Wet sponges drop vip items, those that have the "vip:true" condition in the config.
