Maintenance mode: kick non-whitelisted players with a customized message

Updates every 2 Sundays!
Commands:
/heal [target] - heals the target
/head [target] - gets the head of target
/profile <player> - gets the player profile
/vanish [target] - gets the target vanish
/setwarp | /delwarp - create or deletes warps
/warp - tps you to warps
* if [target] is blank, you'll be the target
permissions:
serverheartRB.admin - all the permissions
serverheartRB.heal - heal yourself
serverheartRB.heal.others - heal others
serverheartRB.vanish - vanish
serverheartRB.infos - profile command
serverheartRB.warp - warp command
serverheartRB.warp.edit - create or déete warps
