if like me you were looking for a teleportation plugin that does not ask for any commands you have found your plugin
To teleport you must create the portal book and right click with the set where you want to teleport
then you have to place the book on a lectern and click on the "Take Book" button.
if you rename the book the name will be displayed during the teleportation
Commands: getteleportationbook (Give the teleportation book)
