Boradcast / Alert plugin (With config, every message configurable.)

This was originally an paste plugin, straight from spigot -> JD-Gui -> eclipse then published. i started coding few days ago. now i feel shamed of it.
I posted this update (Last one publicly, pm me for private updates)
It works like this:
To use it you need the permisson: alert.use
to broadcast OR alert with it you need to write: "/alert alert message"
You see the 2nd alert?
There you can chose between "alert, broadcast and settings"

The settings opens an GUI Where you can reload the config ingame.
