Features:
- Easy bug reporting
- Saves bug reports to a file
- Easily view bugs in game or in the file
- Easily remove the report in game
- Anti-spam for reports
To-Do:
- Announce to OP players when a bug is reported done v1.1+
- Sounds done v1.1+ temperarily removed in v1.3.1 to stop errors
- Record tracking (possibly if I can)
- Permissions done v1.2

Commands:
- /bugalertz shows plugin info and what you have permission to use
- /bug <BUG> saves a bug report to the server
- /checkbugs displays all of the reported bugs
- /delbug <PLAYER> deletes a bug report from the server
Permissions:
- bugalertz.report allows the player to create bug reports
- bugalertz.admin.info shows plugin information and what you have permission to use
- bugalertz.admin.check allows the player to check the bug reports
- bugalertz.admin.delete allows the player to delete bug reports
- bugalertz.admin.notify Notifies the player when a bug is reported
