A very simple /alert Skript!
Alerter is a very simple /alert Script that allows you to alert the
players on your server in 3 different ways! All of them also have
separate permissions!
Notice:
For the most part this Script is unsupported unless
features are requested!

How to Install:
1. Stop server.
2. Install Skript.
3. Start then stop server (again)
4. Go into Skript -> scripts
5. Drop script in there
6. Start server.
Commands:
/alert - Announcs in chat & title
/calert - Only announces in chat
/talert - Only announces in title
Permissions:
command.broadcast.allalert - Permission for /alert
command.broadcast.chatalert - Permission for /calert
command.broadcast.titlealert - Permission for /talert
