TabHF is a plugin for the Spigot 1.8 hack which lets you set your tab header and footer, it works only with 1.8 clients and will simply not show up for 1.7 users, so do not worry! They will still be able to join! There is options in the config file to make the header and footer scroll along with the length in which it scrolls in!
