IMPORTANT:
You can only use the skript in 1.9 and 1.10, the subversions are not supported yet.

Simple Rules GUI features:
On join player is "stuck" like in authme you know cannot do anything..

And message popup
in chat "You must /rules read and do rules test."
When player types /rules read or tries to type to chat he only gets back to rules gui.

Simple rules GUI asks questions like "Is it allowed use hack?" and "Is it allowed to grief?" and "Are you allowed to spam?"
If player accepts rules he/she is free to play.

If player wont accept rules
player just goes back to start untill he accepts rules..
So far this just has 4 questions but i can add more if needed or if you like you can add more your self.
Also if you like you can /rulesguitest to test this later after accepting rules since it forces every on even Ops to complete it self
