FlashyCosmetics [1.9]
Minecraft Java mod. Downloads from the MC Java Mods app on Android.
⬇ Download on SpigotI decided to use the new 1.9 glow api method to create this plugin, so thanks to the spigot team.
This plugin does two things, and has two commands, and two permissions, and many configuration options.
/glow

/flash
permission c.flash
This does the same as /glow but the glow goes on and off every 1 second to create a cool looking effect.
The commands can be toggled to enable and disable them.
