The Seed

In the current version of this plugin has the ability to execute commands each time the player kills a mob, also you can put a sound to accompany this event, to install a plugin to let them 2 files in which find the sounds of version 1.8 and 1.9.

How does it work?
When installing the plugin on your server this will create two configuration files:

DeathMobCommand: This file commands to place the player execute the murderer to mob

DeathMobConsoleCommand: The commands you place in this file will execute the console each time a player assassinates a monster.

DeathMob: Here you can place the sound you want to sound when a mob commit murder, see example in the file, also let the two lists of sounds one for version 1.9 and one for 1.8.

This plugin will go constantly updating with your suggestions I can go adding more and more things, remember this is not the final product
