Chromafy adds the ability to talk in color with the '&' symbol, have colored tab names, and create colored signs. Plus, there is permissions for everything!

Permissions:
- chroma.chat | Talk in chat with colors.
- chroma.signs | Create colored signs.
- chroma.tab.colorname | Set your tab color to the permission. (chroma.tab.red = Red tab name)
