This might allows you to chat with colors . theres no such a command needed . all minecraft color codes can be performed if you have certain permission
Permission
- Colors.chat : this is the basic permission that you need . to perform a color codes .
- Colors.chat.magic : this will allows you to use &k
- Colors.chat.format : this will allows you to use &l , &m , &n, &o, &r
- Sign.color : whic allows you to use color codes at sign if its enabled
