If you play UHC and/or watch UHC from MindCrack, Cube etc you will see they have this episode marker which mark for a specific time. The timer will run for 12 time before it stops. You can customize the amount of minutes in between marks where it says "Minutes: 20". The default is 20 minutes. Other than the marking system there's really nothing else.
