✔️Proxy-wide whitelist system (Similar to server-based whitelisting

Important Information:

- essentialsBungee.whitelist (Allows for the use of the /gwhitelist command)
- essentialsBungee.reload (Allows use of ebreload)
- essentialsBungee.userinfo (Permission needed for /userinfo command)
- essentialsBungee.userinfo.ip (Permission needed to see player ip in /userinfo command)
- essentialsBungee.serverstatus (Permission needed to use the /serverstatus command)
- essentialsBungee.report (Permission needed to report a user)
- essentialsBungee.report.alert (Permission needed to see report alerts)
- essentialsBungee.staffchat (Permission needed to send and receive staffchat messages)
- essentialsBungee.stafflist (Permission needed to be seen in the stafflist command)

- /gwhitelist <subcommand> <player>
- This is the main whitelist command and contains the following subcommands: add, remove, list, status, on, off
- /ebreload
- This command reloads the config file and saves the currenlty loaded whitelist
- /userinfo <user>
- shows information about the given user if they are online
- /gstatus <server>
- shows the status of the given server or all servers
- /greport <user> <reason>
- If the user has the needed permission, allows them to report a user and alert all players with the alert permission.
- /gsc <message>
- If user has the permission, sends a staffchat message to all other uses with the permission
- /gac <message>
- If user has the permission, sends an admin-chat message to all other uses with the permission
- /staff
- If the user has the required see permission, they are shown a list of all online staff and the server which they are on
