This Plugin allows you to set the Villager-to-ZombieVillager Conversion Rate, regardless of your world Difficulty.
Normally the World Difficulty determines the Chance of a Conversion from a Villager to a Zombie-Villager when a Villager is killed by a Zombie.
These are (as of version 1.19.2):
Easy-Mode: 0%
Normal-Mode: 50%
Hard-Mode: 100%

With this Plugin you are able to set these Values Globally, without the interference of Minecrafts Difficulty.
How to Use:
First of all this Plugin needs NBT-API Installed on your Server.
Without NBT-API this Plugin won't start.
When you've installed NBT-API, simply download ZombifyVillagers and drop it into your plugins Folder.
Once the Server is running you can change set the Infection Rate using the /ZombifyVillagers reloadConfig Command or you can set the Infection Rate in the config.yml and use the /ZombifyVillagers reloadConfig Command, to reload the config.
This Plugin does not change the behavior of natural Zombie-Villager spawning!
Commands:
/ZombifyVillagers can always be shortened to /zv
/ZombifyVillagers reloadConfig - Reloads the config.yml File while the Server is running, so there is no need for a reboot when you change something in the config.yml File.
/ZombifyVillagers changeInfectionRate <rate> - Changes the Infection Rate while the Server is running.
