Wait a moment, how you edited the F button? cant I put items in my offhand?
To make this work, I edited the vanila machemic of the 'F' button. You still can use your off hand slot via opening your inventory and putting the item in the Shield-thingy Slot!
If I dont want to give all the players the abillity to swap hotbars? only for donors?
Look at the Permissions below, give this permission node to the group of players that WONT be able to use the plugin. (Every permission disabled an abilty).
If I'd like a diffrent kind of hotbar swap? where to suggest? will you add it?
You can P.M me your suggestion or use the Discussion bar.

Try looking at your controls for the button: "Swap Items In Hands" thats the button that you need to use.

Functions and Config
◠◡◠◡◠◡◠◡◠◡◠◠◡◠
There are many kinds of hotbar swapping modes, every mode has its own ID!
[-1] Normal - This mode reverts back the vanilla machenic, "Swap Items In Hands".
[0] Default - Sets your mode to the default server mode (set via config).
[1] Bottom Swap - Swaps the Hotbar with the Bottom Row bar of your inventory.
[2] Middle Swap - Same as above but with the Middle Row
[3] Top Swap - Same as above but with the Middle Row
[4] Scroll Swap - Swaps like this: Hotbar > Top > Middle > Bottom
[5] Reverse Scroll Swap - Swaps like this: Hotbar > Bottom > Middle > Top
The Config includes a database and the default-mode variable.
The database just stores player's choosen modes (changed via the command ingame)
and the default mode is being applied to any new Player that joines the game!

/barswap [Mode Id] -> is used to change your Hotbar Swap mode, the mode id of course Is replaced with one of the modes.
[Alises: /bs or /hotbar]
Permissions:
You dont need permissions to access ANYthing on the plugin, If you add one of this permission nudes it should DISABLE a funciton rather than enable it for the player.
- swapbar.cmd.disable : Disable the usage of the command.
- swapbar.*.disable: Disable the usage of ALL hotbar swaps modes.
- swapbar.normal.disable: Disable the usage of the vanilla normal Swap Items.
- swapbar.bottom.disable: Disable the Bottom Swap mode.
- swapbar.middle.disable: Disable the Middle Swap mode.
- swapbar.top.disable: Disable the Top Swap mode.
- swapbar.scroll.disable: Disable the Scroll Swap mode.
- swapbar.rscroll.disable: Disable the Reverse Scroll Swap mode.
