How To:
/enchants shows all pre-made enchantments
Place the item and book inside an anvil.
Future Plans:
* Make enchantments show in enchanting table
At the moment you can only get the enchants by doing /enchants, they do not populate in the enchanting table. But you can distribute the books by other means.
