This plugin took me 4 days to code.

QNA:
"Does this plugin require anything?" Yes, you need to have essentialschat for the kitpvp levels to work. On the other hand, you can use it if you don't want kitpvp levels.
"Does it come with a config?" Eventually... I will add one. But now, I will not add it. I will do it once I get a chance to when school is out of my way. Currently, you can message me what you would like to be configured and I would do it for you at your need. 1-2 days.
"Is this plugin free" Yes, it is free. I will soon make premium plugins but this is not one of them.
There is updates added almost every day if people tell me what to add or I figure out what kits to add.
