PERMISSIONS
chat.clear - Used to Clear the Chat
chat.msg - Used to send a Private Message to Player
chat.reply - Used to send a Private Message to previous Player
chat.bypass - Write in the chat when is Disabled
chat.mute - Used to mute a player
chat.unmute - Used to mute a player
Commands
/clearchat - Used to Clear the Chat
/msg - Used to send a Private Message
/reply - Used to send a Private Message to Previous Player
