A very simple addon, that once applied, will force everyone to have Haste 3.
This addon is initially designed survival and hardcore local worlds. If you need haste in your simple survival world, but not worry about touching commands, or more realistically cheating hardcore a bit, where commands cannot be touched, this is a good pre-made alternative.
Keep in mind adding behaviors forces achievements off, so if you're someone comfortable adding addons, this works for you.
