A simple plugin which allows you to block any commands you wish with custom messages.
Commands
/commandblocker:reload - reloads the plugins config
Permissions
commandblocker.reload - gives permission to reload commandblocker
commandblocker.bypass - gives permission to bypass commandblocker

Note
ProtocolLib is a required dependency, you can download it here --> https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/protocollib.1997/
I also recommend setting 'tab-complete: -1' in your spigot.yml to block tab completions, I am currently working on a feature for it.
